Need help taking off a heatsink (pics)

i have a picture of the left and right side of my heat sink. i want to take if off to change my 2.5 ghz processor to a 2.93 ghz processor but i dont know how to take it off.

Get a screw driver and gently put that on the side of the heatsink and green plastic strap and bend it slowly.
When you do that take your fingers and gently try to liftup the plastic lever without breaking it.
If I'm right your using a socket 478 motherboard right ? if I were you I would put a better heatsink fan on your cpu and thermal paste such as artic silver.
