i'd go for something like this

Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N971-TR GeForce 9800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards $95
or
Newegg.com - Open Box: MSI R4850-512M Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card $150
(4850's a bit more expensive, but will tear the 9800GT apart... really hands down the best price vs performance GPU out these days)

Newegg.com - Intel Pentium E5200 Wolfdale 2.5GHz 2MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops $83

Newegg.com - Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases $50

Newegg.com - Open Box: BIOSTAR TForce TP45D2-A7 LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard $69

Newegg.com - Rosewill RP500 500W ATX12V v1.3/ EPS12V Power Supply - Power Supplies $45

Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives $65

Newegg.com - SAMSUNG Black 20X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 16X DVD+R DL 20X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA 20X DVD Burner with LightScribe - CD / DVD Burners $23

comes to about $436 (with the 9800 GT) or $491 (with the 4850) after MIR, but before shipping

plus whatever mouse/keyboard you want

that'll max out WoW no problem (the 9800GT will do that)... in fact, most games these days will play steady at medium to high settings on that rig (the 4850 will be more suited to other games in the future)... enjoy it
