If you do it yourself can you have it oc'ed at boot without windows asking permission to run the oc software? Does oc yourself void warranty? What if the oc and non oc are the same price? Thanks.

Click to expand... Basically the point was to buy the cheapest version of the card. There is no reason to pay extra for an overclocked card. And if you go with EVGA, anything you do to the card barring stomping on it or voltmodding it wont void the warranty.
