Hey, I was wondering if this is a good build for a computer. I want this to be a good gaming computer, enough for the latest games out there (COD4, Left 4 Dead, etc).
CPU - Intel Pentium E5200 Wolfdale 2.5GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80571E5200
Motherboard - ASUS P5Q SE PLUS LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
Graphics Card - EVGA 512-P3-N954-TR GeForce 9500 GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
Memory - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
Power Supply - OCZ StealthXStream OCZ500SXS 500W ATX12V / EPS12V Active PFC Power Supply
I know I don't have a sound card or cd/dvd drive but I can get that if needed. I just want to know if this set up is good enough and if the components will work good with one another and not have any malfunctions. Any tips/suggestions will be appreciated. It would be great if anyone can give me a better build for around $400 if necessary. Thank you.
