This is awesome. I think I could justify a new build based off of this entirely!

Two 15k SAS drives in Raid 0 would probably beat out two Velociraptors in Raid 0! Not to mention better access times.

Seems like a good carry over until SSD drives drop in price or are optimized better.

I thought SCSI drives were expensive, but here are some random numbers off Newegg: 15k RPM 74GB SAS: $150; 10k RPM 75GB Raptor: $140. Definitely worth it.

The fujitsu ones are definitely priced aggressively compared to the raptors. Two SAS drives in RAID 0 with faster access times...your machine would fly!
