Pc video game question

hi guys, i found out my pc is not overheating. i have a pent 4 2.8
800mhz .. i use a biostar mothermorad with a radeon 9800 128mb video card... Everything runs real smooth, but when i play final fantasy xi online, sometimes it just kicks me back to the desktop area, i checked evetn log but nothing even comes up, i dont think its my video card cause i plus it in my old pc with pent 3 chip and it does not have this problem.. I DOWNLOADED up to date drivers from ati.com for the video driver , i alost did all windows xp updates, is there anything i can do

also when i play and do special moves its like slow motion like the matrix lol it gets me madd

no i cant see it , 3039.0 mhz is what its at now

cpu clock is 217.2

memory clock is 180.3

agp clock is 72.4

pci clock 36.2

i have no firewall or anti virus this is only for gaming this pc
