No sound with Video card install

Just put in a new video card and power supply. Newegg.com - MSI R4670-2D512 Radeon HD 4670 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards & Newegg.com - Antec earthwatts EA500 500W ATX12V v2.0 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

But im not getting any sound, in device manager under sounds it has a "!" next to Audio devices on high audio bus. I try installing the drivers from the cd and ati website, but no luck. If i look in dxdiag under sounds I have nothing listed there. I use windows XP home.

what sound card are you using?

and this should be in hardware trouble shooting section.
