MSI 7145 wont Startup 3 beeps????

my msi7145 wont startup now. was working ok when restarted it beeps 3 time but nothing else come up.. tried shorting cmos jumpers and still no results please.. help

Does it post successfully, or does it not get that far?

What the beeps mean will depend on what BIOS you have. Having searched for info on the MSI 7145 motherboard (which specifically has two models: RS480M and RS482M-F/L/FI/IL), I think you have an American Megatrends (AMI) BIOS, which would mean that 3 short beeps indicates a problem with your RAM.
