Need to get a case and a power supply

and some decent speakers

I was not planning on spending 1500 dollars, so ouch. But I can't see NOT spending 1500 bucks.

Also I really hate noisy video cards anyone know if sapphire is good for this?

you will need ur video card loud if you want a 4800 series.. THEY RUN HOT

go for a gtx260 core 216.. they run nicely
