no picture

having trouble with my monitor. maybe its the graphics card but it does the same thing plugged into the onboard graphics.. it says no signal then it shows the start up screen and shows vga active.. then it says no connection again right after windows starts up... what could this possible be?

Most likely a driver issue in Windows. Have you tried Last Known Good Configuration?

figured it out F11 it worked..
