That looks really screwy. You must have really bad vdrop on your mobo to get that reading at 4ghz.

i built this pc and took the ss about a year ago (maybe more?). and I have had it clocked at 3.2 ghz ever since with no problems.
**** its only ever crashed on me once in its lifetime.

yeah a lot of stuff is.

Update your BIOS, that should remove any Vdrop. I don't know much about Conroe's but I know that getting 4ghz with 1.18v is highly unlikely if not impossible. It has to be a software error. Something is being misread.

when i put my cpu volts at 1.5v in bios cpuz says 1.23v always. i think's a software problem.

Its called Vdrop. Nvidia boards are pretty bad for it, but all motherboards do it to some extent.

that's some pretty chonic droop goin on philbar... you should consider doing a hardmod to try to eliminate that... you'll get much better OCs that way
