dont wear gloves when your working on computers.

Wear an anti-static wrist strap, but dont wear gloves.

The friction between your hand and the glove can build up static, and end up ruining your computer.

Don't even need to do that in fact, hold on to a metal part of the case and you are set!

Oh yeah, I meant an anti wrist strap.. I haven't really looked into that kinda stuff..

I use rubber gloves so I don't get finger prints. PITA to get it off aluminum
