just finished putting my system together

In Bios and also using motherboard monitor 5 it reads my cpu temp at about 10 celsius.
Is that right, can it be that low

No overclocking

Coolermaster cm staker with 2 120mm intake fans
1 blowhole on top
1 side fan blowing in over cpu fan
1 120 mm exhaust fan

Venus 12 heatsink/fan + arctic silver 5

AMD athlon 64 3500+
Gigabite GA-K8NSNP-939
6800 ultra

Can this temp be correct

There is no way that a CPU can run that cold (especially an AMD64) with air cooling. Your temperature sensor may not be calibrated properly. You can fix this by flashing the BIOS with the latest build.
