ok first of all another person on the forum said that the case with psu would be a good choice.
i might change my CPU
and will i have to change my mobo or anything eles if i switch the gpu?

On closer inspection its an ok power supply not the best but should be fine. I always think of PSU's and cases as investments as you can keep them for several builds.
E8400 would be best plus a good aftermarket cooler so that you can overclock
You won't need to change your mobo

Oh cool then I guess I will switch to the E8400 and maybe the GPU, but I will keep everything else.

Is it hard to overclock? because I have no idea how to.

You are going to need to buy a dvd driver/burner unless you have one left over. I did not see one of those on your list.

Yeah Jester over clocking is a bit too easy ;] but it's another thing to keep your cpu stable after an over clock and keeping your temps at a good range

Nice, so how much do you think you I can overclock it too? And would the stock cooler be ok to use for overclocking.

Yeah Druid, guess I didn't put the link to the cd burner, but I am going to buy one.

the stock cooler wont let you overclock much because the temps will get kindve high. you will probly be able to get 4.0ghz or very close with a e8500.
