Keeps Rebooting

WHEN i boot up my computer it will sometimes who the windows xp screen but then reboots it just keeps rebooting and wont let me do anything and i get this message

serial presence (spd) missing data missing inclusive

i dont know what is wrong
i need help asap

we found the problem it was the power supply
