It would appear so. If messing with the colour controls does nothing. A fresh driver isntall does nothing then all that can be left is a damaged card.

wow, this is quite an advertisement for Geek Squad... i hire them to install a heatsink/fan assembly (CPU) and a HDD, and it turns in to an almost 2 month thing where they claim first that theres a virus and they cant open the internet, then that the whole computer is "Fried", then that there is a minor problem that they will fix and get to us, then that the main HDD is fried, then that they will get it to us soon... finally got here and the ****ing video card is damaged. way to go geek squad YAY! =\
