connecting pc to tv

How can I connect my pc to my tv so that I can watch my dvds on the tv?
My pc is about 6 years old so my graphics card doesn't have the best connections, probably just video in and video out.
What sort of cables do I need?

You are going to want to pick up a converter that takes your computers connection, plugs in, and then connects into the TV.

Go to your local Radio Shack, Best Buy or whatever and get some A/V cables. You know, the ones that are yellow, red and white, hook them from the video out on your PC to your video in on your TV. Done.
