PC Won't Power On!

Luckily I have a Asus with a EPU so I can tell that no power is getting to the PC. Anyway my PC has been working fine but until today it started acting funny by turning on by itself. Now it won't even turn on. I know it isn't the CPU because I have a temperature measuring software and they were more then perfect. And my EPU doesn't receive a green light.

So what's the problem? Could you guys please help me?

I had a similar problem on one I was upgrading and it turned out to be a shorting switch on the case, It could be the PS too but check the switch first before you spend the money on the PS. I used a meter with the tone and it gave a staticy beeping when I checked it.
