I've just bought a Radeon hd3650 which I'm running on a normal power supply in my Dell Inspiron 530s. (the only reason i got this card is because it's low profile due to my case)

Was wondering if I could put another 3650 in and run them together

1/ would I need a new power supply?
2/ would it be worthwhile or would the gain in performance be minimal?

Its not worth crossfiring at all. If your budget is around 100$~ I'd rather go with the 9600 GSO instead which will out perform 3650's in crossfire.

I've got a Dell 0RY007 motherboard which from what I can make out is P35 chipset so should be ok.

I'm limited on cards due to the case size, the 9600 wont fit. how much performance increase would I get if I did crossfire two hd3650's?

dell... P35 chipset you wish
simple google, first link, tells me only 1 pci-e 16x slot
so, no you cannot xfire

3850 is pretty big as well. So if a 9600 GSO won't fit a 3850 won't fit either.

Maybe a 4670 might fit if your lucky. A single slot 4670?
