You may want to add E7300 to budgets build as it cost only 2$ more than E7200

I don't see Q9400 in the list ? There is more than $100 gap between Q6600 and Q9550, so I think it should be added to fill this gap

Those are usually crap, I'd recommend a good pair of headphones with a separate mic..

But the Steelseries 5h and 3h are decent
