I will definitely do those...I wasnt sure if cleaning the lens would hurt it.
I don't think I have any drivers for it. I've always just plugged it in and it's worked fine. It's nothing special...just an older optical logitech mouse.
I play an FPS game with it and don't have any trouble aside from this occasional jumping thing.
Would I be wrong to assume that I'd be fine with any decent optical mouse for playing my game if I've been fine on this basic one? (this is assuming I can't fix this one with your other recommendations)
