No not 24/7. I ran it for about a week at that and got some benchmarking numbers. Right now she runs at 3.8ghz. Just be sure your temps are good. I have a core contact freezer so for me its a non issue.
 
had this running at 4.7ghz 1.46V

I brought down the voltage to 1.24V load to see what it could do on lower voltages. Not too bad.
