Mmmm I have got through about 3 sticks of RAM in less then a month, my motherboard has begun to cull my memory, first off I got a nice BSOD a while back say 3 weeks, then after the error dump it retarts with me thinking ah well chin up. Anyway it does not boot!! I take the sticks to my other PC and replace them and that does not boot either so it almost certaintly has to be the memory.

Anyway today another murder happened. I restarted my PC after installing some updates which will later save my life as they're 'important' and the same thing happens. It just dosnt POST, nothing on the screen. I take the RAM out and it's fine. This is going to be an expensive problem becuase I'm still on socket 939 and DDR which is like £25 ($50) for a GB :|

Anyone have a solution to the killing or should I go out and get new kit?

Try reducing the DIMM voltage in BIOS as low as possible until it's unstable. I had to RMA my first 680i because of the same problem. Killed all four of my Corsair Dominators.

If that doesn't help, only thing you can do is get a new motherboard.

about £60 max, not looking to spend much as you can see

lock this thread please i'm making a new one :)
