Is it the free overclocking utility? Wouldn't be exactly free if it was.

newegg ahs much better support if something goes wrong. you talk to a live person in america or someone over the IM based support line. anything that goes wrong, newegg will take care of you whereas tigerdirect just kinda shafts you..

newegg.ca is relatively new here in Canada and since my purchasing has slowed down a lot in the past month I haven't tried them out yet. However, from experiences with tigerdirect.ca in the past, both online and in store, their customer care was atrocious. Go with newegg...or if you're in Canada go with NCIX, they too have excellent customer care.

They are just hyping it up.. and apparently even if you go too far on the overclocking and damage the card they will replace it
