Go for EVGA or XFX. They have the best warranties. The EVGA ones are factory overclocked though, so I would probably go for that one, unless you want to do it yourself.
There isn't any point in buying factory OC'd cards. its easy to do yourself, and EVGA covers it. You will end up paying $10 extra for something that you can do in 2 minutes. Not worth it.
