Split channels off PRI

Hi all!
New to the forum, and I appreciate any help with my post. I have a PRI that is currently dedicated to voice calls with our Cisco Call Manager. I would like to split off a few channels (4 should work for now) from the PRI to interface to my IVR (Plum Voice) box. The IVR box already has a PRI interface installed, but I don't want/need to purchase a separate PRI just for outbound IVR calls - my outbound call volume doesn't justify the $450/mo cost. Any suggestions on a low-cost (<$2500) solution would be greatly appreciated!
