I have decided I am going to overclock to 4.0ghz

GL, because the Biostar can OC that thing over 6.0GHz, and the GX2 is a power whh0re, and the 4850 is almost better, and 4850 in is waaayyy better.

How would I overclock to over 6ghz lol. I am air cooling. Is that motherboard THAT good for overclocking.

I think his exaggerating, but with a good chip (E0 Stepping), and decent air cooling. You should be able to achieve an over clock of 4.00ghz. Actually the E8*** series are almost all guaranteed an over clock of 4.00ghz or more.

There really is no reason to go 9800 GX2 SLI. Considering you already have 2 GPU's and that neither SLI or CrossFire fair well after 2 or 3 GPU's.

CrossFire MSI 4850's in my future though

I'd go with a 4870

Your motherboard supports SLI not crossfire. So you'd have to get a motherboard which supported crossfire first.

Edit: Spit Wad is right a single 4870 or 9800 GX2 would be enough for gaming. Even Crossfire 4850's are over kill.
