Anyone getting the message: A fatal exception 0D or 0E has occurred at (you fill in the blank of numbers- they vary) knows how frustrating it is to deal with. Well, I just spent most of the day trying to fix the problem without having to pay for some program or tech help-- so I hope this helps someone.

Problem on my computer: I would go onto certain sports web-sites and within one minute I would get the above message and have to restart my computer.

Finally, after hours of searching and reading the "fine print" on several web-sites I've got the answer to my problem and maybe yours.

1. Click on Start
2. Click on Run; then type in: msconfig.exe
3. Click Ok
4. Next make sure the General tab is clicked on.
5. Click on Selective Startup.
6. There should be 6 options that come up. Only 5 may be able to be checked. (Process winstart.bat file may not be aval.)
7. Uncheck the two boxes labled "Process Config system file" and "Auto exec.bat file".
8. Click Ok and restart your computer.
9. You may uncheck others if need be, but I wouldn't uncheck "system.ini file" as it will put you in "safe mode" and your graphics on the monitor will suffer greatly.

Good luck.
