when i log into the windows xp account , an ad comes up every time. ive done a search with Sypbot - Search and Destroy and it finds these 5 things one for example is

-Data source object exploit
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currenversion\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=W=3
So could i manually get into the HKEY_USERS somehow? and is there any way i could get rid of it?
