not to be jealous here or anything, but i think that nos should just have #1 rather than 1 and 2 because its the same cpu, just a tad faster. unless its a different chip, and if that is the case i still think he should only have #1.

and i'm in the top 10 for both amd and intel

ya same here... i assumed it was possible with optimisations though.. really fast ddr600 ram... no apps, fresh install... and super high htt with low multi

i mean.. i got close with 2.9 ghz opteron 146

i dont really care about super pi nos...which favors intel anyways.

now just for kicks my folding rig:

yes speedstep is on but it did run at the full 1.6ghz during the calculation

unfortunately it was 36 something, but i also got 36 a time before on 2.55~ ghz, i think lowering the memory speed 30mhz made a difference, as well as the 280mhz HT drop


im going to mess around with my settings, maybe i can get around 34 or 33




ok!!! i got 33 seconds, i got 3.047 seconds faster than my last by messing around

im gonna make it to ~27, come **** or high water (or a burnt cpu...)

First attempt at Super-Pi and a very mild OC. For some reason CPU-Z and Everest don't read my cpu speed right, but in BIOS and System information say 3.36ghz.
