uhhh, which one is the right one?

i picked the 1m option..=P

im hoping its decimal , because i dont want to end up with a 500s score=D

and i'll get a screen shot once i figure out which is the right superpi to use,

also i want to test this 2.8ghz clock i have the system at...

prime95 is holding out... havent noticed any errors..........

it should end up 23-25s after this bump=P

also i've noticed ram speed has a 1s impact at most for my system, so core speed is the primary factor

actually...... uh... i dont think 2.8ghz is stable...

prime95 just told me i ran it for 1hrs 13min... (unless my clock jumped up an hour?)

lol, im gonna run superpi real fast and get a screen shot before it ruins this installation

ok i feel like a retard, i only got 36s=) i read the 3 as a 2 for some reason

so im probably not even in the top10=P

and yes, its decimal in the screenshot.. as well as CPUZ and some other random info from coretemp

FYI, thats an aero mod for xp, its not vista=)

For faster super pi times... try these!!

close down all un-needed background application
open task manager and set super pi to run under real time... and while super pi is running.. DO NOT MOVE THE MOUSE OR PUSH ANYTHING
and always... run it more than 1 time.. the 2nd run always seems to be a tad bit faster
super pi is all about memory timing... so get the timings tight... and push some fast frequencies... crucial ballistix should love this test... can't wait til i own em

if you really wanna get extreme w/ it...
delete most unused icons on your desktop
use smallest screen resolution
set your desktop theme to the older windows xp

super pi secrets right there, use em people

i lowered resolutions, deleted the icons, and changed it to windowsxp theme, and turned it on realtime

=P couldnt beat my initial 36.625s

even after 4 tests.........

Open up taskmgr and end process for explorer.exe. Run superpi and open up taskmgr again and run new task to start explorer again.

If you want to be in the top 10 you need to get closer to 11 seconds.
