i been checking out some "barebone" pc's on ebay i want to either buy one off there or try to build my own here is one i found for 305$ what do u thinnk? thnx

I think that it is fine for non-gaming. Gaming or performance use, you might want to think twice.
 
Forget about that and build your own,I have that mainboard and it's nuthing special, you can only run 1 gig ddr 400 in 1 slot or 2 gig ddr333 in 2 slots, the only good thing about the board is it has built in safe overclocking tool.
 
Don't get that at all. You can start a WAY better system using $300 than buying that. Integrated graphics sucks on top of that. You can get a good motherboard for $60-$100 depending on what features you want. If you want 800FSB then you're lookin towards the AMD64 section although it looks like you want to go intel. All in all, do some research and build your own. That doesn't seem like a very good deal at all
