well im off to 20 k picked up another 8800gts today, going to set up sli, il update with picks later.

you get that CPU up to 4GHz and get around 15-20% OC all round on those GPUs and you'll have no problem getting 20K... might be able to squeeze 21-22K outta that setup

a satisfying 17.5k first run with a low oc on the gpu's and 3.6 on the cpu, im betting ocign the cpu to 3.8/9 will rid me of it colpetely and get me around high 19, low 20, especialy with my jink ram i have atm. school is going to be closed due to us getting a woping 30 cm of snow tonight 6so il be able to tweak loads tomorow. also im on windows server 2008.

I hope you don't think ocing to 3.9 will get you low 19's w/ a single card.

Edit: Or are you running both cards right now

im running both lol. also im going to have to post pone my ram died, its what faked out my mobio death on me, so now i need some proper memory. a .3/4 ghz oc will let them go further if i had descent memory right now

and 21/22k may be a bit hard... my 9800gx2 could not achieve that with 4.0ghz

i think i'm going to get stallins q6700

and i too will be reaching for 20k with a single gtx260

i was thinking of the qx6850.. but realized i only really need a multi of 10x... 420fsb q6700 should get me where i want
