PC memory upgrade question

hey everyone
im running on a eMachines T3112.
with AMD Sempron Processor 3100+ 1.80 ghz.
and 256 memory.

its a slow computer so im trying to upgrade the memory to its max, which is 2 gigs

i found kingston ram for 55.99 click here


and another brand for 38.99 click here

which one would be better cuz it says on the cheaper one that it doesnt have a heat spreader. i dont know what that is so i dont know if its gonna affect the performance or not. but i just want the best one for my system. what would you guys recommend?

i actually just found another one from the same brand that has the cas latency at 2 rather than 2.5, it cost 5 bucks more, but is it worth it?

In that machine, you will probably not see the difference. I suggest you save the $5.
