Looking for opinions on my very first build

I've been doing a lot of research in these forums and I think I've managed to put together a pretty decent gaming rig for a decent price, but I want to see if you guys have any other suggestions. I'd like to keep the total cost between $900-$1000.

I'd like be able to do some moderate over-clocking, but nothing too extreme. I'm not too sure about the motherboard and PSU I have picked out, but what do you guys think? Also, I'll be running this on a 22” monitor and using Vista Home Premium 64bit.

Spend a bit more for a Corsair 650tx ... otherwise good build...

Its not that its not enough (I have one and its a really solid PSU), but the extra amps are worth it for the little price increase

However its not modular
