i gotta problem...i can't open the link to your mobo...i think the only diff was ocing ability...but i'm not absolutely sure, would you be so kink as to send the link again so i can compare?

nvm, i got it, let me compare now.

k, the asus has more features then the abit...the asus has agp pro, a wifi slot and i couple of other things.

get the asus...it has better fetures that you may want...you'll be happy with the asus.

Asus MB deluxe
AMD 2700 cpu
120gig WD HD

I have most of the stuff together, no cd drive or floppy drive yet. I powered it up and am running at 47Deg C at idle with the case open and the retail package heat sink. I haven't had time to set it up totally yet. Is there a whole lot of set up to do in the Bios modes? Do I need to set it to 200mhz(default is 166)? Any advice at this point to fine tune it before I install the op system would be appreciated.
