im trying to fix a laptop for my cousin. he said that he hasnt been able to get online with it. i tried to connect to my network, it says no wireless networks detected. ive tried to use the ethernet cable to see if it would connect like that and it says limited or no connectivity. i know my network is good since i have other computers on it working fine. i tried to do a system restore and it wont restore to an earlier date. i have no idea whats wrong with it. its a compaq presario v4000. thanks in advance for all the help.
