= $922.87 or 847.87 after Rebates (this might be $5 incorrect because i screwed up twice on calculator and i cant be bothered doing it again)

You can change the Case to something else if you don't like it and i left the Keyboard/Mouse/Headphones out for personal choice and the fact i don't know any good Keyboard/Mouse/Headphone brands.

i do both things even em web developer so i need to open adobe products sony vegas etc etc can i do with this system?

Yeh it should be fine. The dual core will offer more performance for games clock for clock (e8500 is better than say a q6600 @ 3.16). If you think you use a lot of heavy stuff and multiple programs (not just that you have music running in the background) then i would go quad, you'll only see a slight decrease, but the quads will cost you more if you want a higher clocked one, otherwise you can get an aftermarket Heatsink and overclock a q6600.

which one is better in quad?? no problem for price

please mention headphones and keyboard and mouse also please thanks
