Theres a place down here in miami by MIami International Airport that alot of the cuban techs call, "Los Chinos". Which equates to the chinese guys. Its a whole strip of computer shops own primarily by chinese guys. I dont think you'll find a whole load of blackmarket type shit out there, but if you know someone who lives in new york, they could check chinatown.
