SubGum Baseband Member Messages 62 Oct 13, 2008 #1 I've got some DDR2 800 RAM that I wanna throw into a new build. However, the mobo I'm gonna buy is DDR2 1066 standard. Is it backwards compatible? I hear there's hardly any difference between DDR2 800 and 1066 anyways. Any truth to that?
