Make sure the case you buy supports the size motherboard you are getting.

It takes just a few seconds to figure out whether or not your Case will support your motherboard size. Just look under descriptions and see what form factor mother boards it supports. That was probably the only thing I didn't realize my first build.

i recommend a 9800GTX+. the main diff is that the 980GTX is 65nm and the + is 55nm. which means better overclocks and lower temps. not that the 9800GTX dosent hit high clocks. mine does 805/2000/1200 and that's just using rivatuner. and that case will fit the mobo you listed

well with SP1 out i say go for vista. ultimate is nice, but the features don't justify the extra cash. go for home premium.
