Strange BSOD

Hello. I build my first computer for some months ago but i have recieved random bsod's since it was operative. I though it was a 8800gt overheating so i set a big "summer fan" outside the chassie of the pc and that worked for some months so i though the problem was sloved. But now the fan method doesnt work anymore =/ i recieve random bsod's when i try to play any EA game. It havent happened with age of conan or world of warcraft or crysis yeat. Yesterday i got another bluescreen while playing bf2 for a hour, so i turned off my pc and its power suppy for the night, but today i got bsod after 5 mins in-game on bf2. But i noticed that the bluescreen today and yesterday was the same thing. USBSOUND.SYS and 0x0000007e
I use the windows drivers on my sound and not the C-MEDIA drivers.. because they make my speakers fliccer.
These are my computer specs:

Nvidia 8800gt (old)
M2N-E SLI (old)
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+
4x 1gb RAM (4gb ram) (old)
500GB Sata disk drive (this is new, i had a 250gb Sata before and had bluescreens with that 1 as well)
D-Link Xtreme N PCI Express Desktop WLAN card (also new)
Gigabyte Powersupply 800W Black, ATX/EPS (brand new..)
Antec Nine Hundred Chassie (NEW)
Logitech QuickCam Skype or something (old)
NEC cd/dvd burner. (old)

Logitech speakers (not usb, but the round sticker thingy) (old)

The things i have wroted new on is what i have replaced after the bsod's came with no luck
I also got a wierd file in the C:\ drive at this location: C:\rmdldump.txt
It was made 14.september 2008 00:30:17 (thjink i tried to install the dumb c-media driver then)

How to troubleshoot a Stop 0x0000007E error in Windows XP

This issue might occur if a system thread generates an exception that the error handler does not catch. This exception can be caused by any of the following: • If this issue occurs after the first restart during Windows Setup or after Setup is complete, the computer might not have sufficient hard disk space to run Windows XP.
• The computer BIOS might be incompatible with Windows XP, or it might have to be updated.
• The video adapter drivers might be incompatible with Windows XP.
• A device driver or a system service might be damaged.
• If the issue is associated with the Win32k.sys file, it might be caused by a third-party remote control program.

Have you updated to the latest video driver from nvidia?

Sorry about that. I got Windows XP Pro SP3 now. I have tried with windows vista and xp home (32 bit all of them)
I got the newest drivers and the 8800gt update from windows update. And i got the newest BIOS

Dont go thru Windows update. They are not the most current set. Windows update might not have the 178.13 set that is out right now. It is always better to go thru nvidia cause they update their drivers faster than Widnows Update does.

Just checked and i got them. I mainly installed the drivers from nvidia.com but for a week ago it was a 8800gt update from windowsupdate

Thats proberly why my teacher gave me 3- in english at high school... -.-
But do anyone really know how to fix this? Its freaking annoying. But out of the parts i have changed it can be:
- Motherboard
- CD/DVD Drive
- CPU
- GPU
- RAM

(I have actually ran the 6 hour ram test.. )

Well if you changed out all those parts that could be a issue. Did you reinstall Windows after you made the mobo and CPU change? If not i bet that is what is causing your problems. Do a repair install or backup and reinstall.

Yes.. i have reinstalled after every pc upgrade. I hoped the upgrades would fix it
