What the hell? The 9500pro totally kicks the shit out of the Geforce Ti line... and the Geforce FX line up to the 5800. Its a good card. Id reccomend it for a budget system. Since AMD cut its prices recently, and AMD processor would be nice.. Id say something 2400 or up... thats all i can give you off the top of my head, along with these two links. www.tomshardware.com for benchmarks and www.pricewatch.com for prices... enjoy.. i wish you luck
