HELP! I just purchased a Nvidia Personal Cinema 5700 w/256MB and the TV tuner does NOT work! I returned the first card thinking it was a defective card yet the second card has the exact same problem. I was on the phone with eVGA for 35 minutes and they could not figure it out. The software looks for the TV but it just stays hanging forever. When I hit ctr-alt-del, it does not recognize it as an application. I have to restart the computer. I have a Dell (next stop for help) XPS GEN 2 with and Intel P4 3.0, 800Mhz FSB, 2GB of 400Mhz memory, 120Gb HD so it is not the computer's capabilities. I run XP home edition. I've tried almost everything. I'm going to try to connect via the VCR (audio/visual cables instead of cable) and see if I can bypass the problem. Any suggestions???
