agreed with guru.. i don't see why people keep bashing it... its gtx280 sli in 1 card.... it'll perform better than any single gpu out there, and thats all its purpose is... i'm sure they don't care much for consumer sales as it is the king of the crop..... i'm sure they did this with only one goal in mind.. and that is to take out the 4870x2 from being head honcho

That's the reason why everyone is bashing it. It will be a beast of a card performance wise and heat, power and noise wise too. That, and what about R800 that is supposed to come out at the beginning of '09, how will it compete against that? We haven't heard a thing about Nvidia's next gen cards, but there is a lot of buzz over R800.
