Yes, cause its bugging the crap out of me. I have 2 260s and 2 4870s and i cant decide which 2 to keep. I'm leaning towards the evga equipment because they actually stand behind their warranties unlike asus and HIS. FYI i pushed the cards straight to 700mhz with the fan at 79% and they only loaded to 60C. The fan on the 260 is suprisingly quiet.

Veedub, what case do you have your nvidia setup in now? I'm tempted to get a tech bench and be done w/ cases.

you cant sli in thos dumbdumb. hes using his old 680i with no pci-e 2.0 on it, if he had a 750i ftw or 780i he would have 2.0. anyway ya hes testing his gtx260's.

His sig says x48 and dual 4870's. I was going off of that. i know Intel boards don't support SLI dumb dumb.

I would advise against spending your cash on that motherboard. SLI GTX280s couldn't beat your score, so why would sli GTX260s? And when you calculate the point hit Vista gives, you beat the GTX280s by a fair margin.

i know someone who's hit 17k with a single gtx260... those were early gtx280 scores i bet they're better now

with some clocking i would think SLI 260s could get 22k+

Lets not forget that a cpu upgrade w/ gtx260's can probably beat that.
