i have $700 to spend on a new rig. im going to be doing some video editing and probably a lil gaming. 7 is the absolute cap. would be nice to see my options with and without a monitor.

OMG a 9600GSO for 55$!!!

It will need to be overclocked to significantly outperform the 4670. But since its cheaper, it would be the better deal.
