cracks in screen

so i was doing so ps work, look away for like 5 min, look back, and theres three decent sized scratches on the bottom right. They werent there before i looekd away, id bet id notice them considering i noticed them immediately when i turned back around

like a crack in your lcd is it possible to get a pick if its a crack my best guesse is maybe the pixels in that region got very hot for some reason and they cracked, only thing that could make sence to me.
