What size PSU would you recommend?

Yeh Rosewills are fairly good. I would go the Corsair, simply because its has a single 12v rail.

I ended up picking up a 650w Antec instead.

just always think thats it is always better to go too big than to small if you go bigger than it will only use the power that it needs and it will last longer! so i would go up to about 550 - 600.
