get the p45 if your planning on overclocking and from what I understand tracers are much better then the ram you had. If you want links I can help you out later. And since your going for a nice system you should upgrade to the antec 900 I really like it.

For $1100 youll most likely be able to get Crossfire 4850's with a Q9550 2.8ghz Quad. Dont get that.
